Each participant (maximum 210 bib numbers will need to perform :
- 500m swimming
- 12kms indoor spinning in the sports hall
- 3kms run around the staff centre (2 laps of 1,5kms)
- First start at 12:30 then a new wave every 30’
- To participate you must be born after 2010 (> 16 years)
- Participation fee : 30,00€
